Information You Provide
When you visit this Site, you may be asked or choose to provide personal information that could reasonably be used to contact you or to identify you personally including, but not limited to:

How We Use the Information We Collect About You
GCE may use the information we receive or collect for the following purposes:
- to operate, maintain, and improve the efficiency or effectiveness of the Sites or our products and services;
- to perform analytics and conduct research;
- to notify you about updates to our Sites;
- for auditing and security functions to maintain confidentiality;
- to perform debugging on information systems;

How We Share Your Information
Service Providers. We may hire other companies to perform certain business-related services on behalf of GCE including, for example, companies who provide IT or support services. . When service providers work on our behalf, they are only provided with information reasonably necessary to perform service obligations as agreed to by GCE and are required to treat any information obtained and processed from GCE as confidential.
Affiliates: We may disclose the information we collect from you to our affiliated companies.
Third Party Advertising or Analytics Parties: We may use these third parties to provider advertising and analytics services as described below.
We may share aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized information with others for marketing, advertising, research, or other purposes.
Cookies. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser for record-keeping purposes. Some cookies allow us to make it easier for you to navigate our Site or to allow us to track your activities at our Site.
There are two types of cookies: session and persistent cookies.
Session Cookies. Session cookies exist only during an online session. They disappear from your device when you close your browser or turn off your device. We use session cookies to allow our systems to uniquely identify you during a session.
Persistent Cookies. Persistent cookies remain on your device after you have closed your browser or turned off your device. We use persistent cookies to track aggregate and statistical information about user activity, and to display advertising both on our Sites and on third-party sites.
Disabling Cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but if you prefer, you can edit your browser options to block them in the future. Visitors to our Site who disable cookies will be able to browse certain areas of the Site, but some features may not function.
Clear GIFs, pixel tags and other technologies. Clear GIFs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on your computer’s hard drive, clear GIFs are embedded invisibly on web or mobile application pages. We may use clear GIFs (aka web beacons, web bugs or pixel tags) to help us manage content, and compile statistics about usage of our Site. We and our service providers also use clear GIFs in HTML emails to our customers to help us track email response rates, identify when our emails are viewed, and track whether our emails are forwarded.
Do Not Track. Currently, our systems do not recognize browser “do-not-track” requests.
How We Protect Your Information
Our Sites have reasonable security measures in place designed to protect against the loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction of information under our control. We take reasonable steps to ensure the data is reliable, accurate, complete, and current for its intended use to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Notwithstanding the security measures described herein, it may be possible for an unauthorized person to gain access to information about you. Therefore, please note that you enter information in the Sites at your own risk. You can help protect yourself by being careful and responsible when you are online and by being aware that you are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of any passwords and account information you have regarding the Sites. We also advise that you use up-to-date virus scanning software on your computer to reduce the risk of encountering a virus through emails. GCE accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage arising from your transmissions of data, the use of email or their attachments, or for any viruses or errors or delays in the contents that result from such email and data transmissions.
What Choices Do I Have Regarding Promotional Communications?

Upon request, we offer visitors the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information. Consumers can have this information corrected by contacting us as described above.
Protection of Children’s Privacy
Our Sites are general audience sites not directed at children under the age of 13. If we obtain actual knowledge that any information we collect has been provided by a child under the age of 13, we will promptly delete that information.
Links to Third-Party Sites
GCE may periodically use third parties to serve advertisements or provide services on or off the Sites. GCE deploys tags from Facebook, Snapchat, Yahoo, Bing, iHeartRadio, Verizon, and Experian. These third parties may collect information, potentially including personal information, about your activities over time and across different websites when you use our Sites. Those third parties may also provide GCE with data collection, reporting, ad response measurement, analytical information, and assist with delivery of relevant marketing messages and advertisements.
